Le Calyptus

An enchanting place surrounded by the beauty of nature, where food, art and music come together in a perfect symphony. The quality of the food is high with influences of Mexican, Thai and Indian flavors. Beautiful presentation of the dishes! The pizza is simply amazing, the dough light and made with the finest ingredients, a real treat for the palate. Word of Italian! The staff is extremely attentive and always helpful! Perfect at sunset especially after a day spent on the ocean.

A little unexpected gem - without even a dedicated website, only with a FB page - hidden between Le Porge pine forests. The menu list here is short but those tastes charm from the very first bite. Anything you order (meat, fish or veggie) - is exquisite. Plus, all plates look like artwork. We were in the neighbourhood for two weeks, enjoying the amazing coast of France, and found ourselves in this restaurant often enough to try out all the menu It’s a blessing and a curse to have such an amazing kitchen that far and hidden away.

Newly opened in 2022, this stunning location finally has what it deserves - fantastic owners who make fantastic food and created a beautiful location with love. During our 2 months stay in the area, we returned here once a week and didn't really feel like going anywhere else anymore. So what did we like so much? >> Of course, the food (and the drinks), which has its very own style and is clearly influenced from all over the world. >> We also liked that the menu constantly changed. To us this is always a sign of fresh made food. >> The owners! >> The relaxed atmosphere. >> The lovely set up play-corner for kids which for us as parents was a huge benefit (see photo). >> And, for me personally always a BIG bonus, the excellent music every time. Considering this being the 1st year and apparently just "the beginning", I can't wait for what's coming. It was actually quite interesting to see, everytime we returned some small bits and pieces were added somewhere... Long story short, we love the place and can't wait to return!!

It is a wonderful place in a privileged environment. Anissa and the entire staff are amazing. As soon as you enter the place, you notice the good vibes (They have many live performances and interesting activities). The food is delicious and at a ridiculous price for the quality they offer!! I recommend the canard confitè. I will return for sure!!

We had the pleasure of being in the area for the opening night! Beautiful place with a great vibe, interior is gorgeous and you are surrounded by nature! The food was delicious, flavours that we have never experienced before. All the produce is fresh and sourced locally, which I love! You can tell that there is a lot of love in everything they do here. We were in the area for 10 days and this was the busiest place around! If you’re lucky and you come on a clear night, the telescope might come out for some stargazing :) Lots of parking and great for dogs and kids, there’s lots of Green space and kids play area!

A hidden gem. Very friendly owner and staff. Excellent and original food.
